Chop 1 clove of garlic, put into non-stick frypan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add 1/2 a chopped onion.
Fry on medium heat.
Slice carrot.
Chop carrot.
Thaw and chop green beans
Add Carrot to fry pan.
Add beans to fry pan.
Open can of Tuna
Add Whole can of Tuna including oil to fry pan
Get 1 GO of rice
Add to frypan
Add 1 teaspoon each of Dashi, Salt, Mixed Herbs and Garam Masala
Add 500ml of water. (450ml for firmer texture)
When it Boils, Put Lid on, turn down heat to lowest setting.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off heat and rest for 10 minutes.
EAT!
